Insalata Caprese

For a delicious Insalata Caprese you need the following ingredients:

- Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP
- Tomatoes
- Fresh basil
- Oregano
- Olive oil
- Salt

Slice both the tomatoes and the mozzarella generously and arrange them nicely and in alternating order on your plate.
Add the fresh basil leaves and sprinkle some oregano over the plate. Do you get hungry already - hold on, just one more step! 
To round it off, add our delicious olive oil and salt the tomatoes.

There you go - dinner is served!
