Quinoa Burger

For the delicious veggie burgers you need the following ingredients:

- Quinoa
- Still mineral water
- Iodized sea salt
- Red onions
- Parsley
- Mustard
- Carob bean gum
- Sweet paprika powder
- Black Pepper
- Olive oil

Wash off the quinoa to remove excess starch. Preheat the still mineral water and add the quinoa once the water is boiling. Add the sea salt and let the quinoa cook on high temperature for 17 minutes. Meanwhile chop the onions, wash the parsley and chop it as well. Once cooked, mix the quinoa with the mustard, the carob bean gum, the paprika powder and the onions. Work all of the ingredients into a firm dough and season it to taste with salt and pepper. In case the dough appears to be too dry, add some more water. Now bring it into the regular burger form and roast it from both sides over medium heat in olive oil. Once they are golden brown, leave them to drain on kitchen paper.

There you go - dinner is served!
